We have had just over an hour of downtime in the early hours of the morning. In fact the whole data centre that we host our servers in has been down :(

We have experienced a network outage at DC5 tonight caused by the OSPF processes on our core routers failing.We do not as yet know the cause of the problem, but our network team is investigating this issue in order to prevent it recurring.We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Apologies for the issues. Everything seems fine now although we are eager to find out what caused it. We will update you with more info as it becomes available. :nerd:
